Role Description We’re looking for a self-motivated, full-time
Customer Support Specialist
to join our remote team. You’ll onboard new clients, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep customers delighted day in and day out. Clear written communication and sharp problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities Guide clients through a smooth onboarding process. Provide prompt, thorough support via email (and occasional chat or video). Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Work independently while maintaining clear, timely communication with the team. Identify and share ideas to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
Qualifications Excellent written and verbal English. Strong technical support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Prior experience in technical customer support is a plus. Must reside in India and be willing to work 4–5 hours overlapping U.S. Pacific Time.
