Physical Security & EHS Supervisor

Career Level : 9A

• Deep understanding of EHS information and programs particularly on laws & regulations (minimum and penalty-bearing requirements), benchmarking studies and industry best practices to develop and implement strategies to achieve goals and objectives.
• Assist in developing and improvement of Physical Security and EHS manual, procedures and processes in PH.
• Conduct risk assessment of assigned cluster identifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation plans.
• Provide expert assistance in crisis / emergency events impacting sites covered in the cluster.
• Conducts education sessions in relation to Physical Security and EHS.
• Monitor compliances for EHS related mandatory requirements and compliance to Physical Security standards.
• Supports in government and client audits.
• Oversees Physical Security operations for all sites covered in the cluster.
