The Role :

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team for ongoing work in Brisbane, Australia.

As a Supervisor, you will achieve project objectives through the supervision of project crews as well as coordinating trades, labour, plant and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities :

Ownership of productivity of crews and subcontractors to ensure project schedule and budget is met, identifying areas of concern to Project Manager and engineering resource

Completion of all daily documentation (site diary, checklists, inspections)

• Lead pre-start meetings with site teams ensuring effective communication of daily site activity, health & safety requirements, project progress
• Prepare the 2-week project look ahead and set weekly program performance targets for crews and subcontractors
