At MinoriLabs, we're on a mission to deliver world-class digital marketing services and make it rain for our customers. And we need a Digital Marketing Specialist who's ready to deliver marketing results by executing the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities Identify and employ a variety of digital marketing channels to carry the corporate, product and brand messages. Create awareness, generate demand and position the offerings of the company to the right audience through appropriate digital channels Plan and execute all web, SEO, PPC, email, video marketing, affiliate marketing, event marketing and other marketing related activities. Design, build and maintain a social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and execute CRO strategies Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Specifications 3 to 5 Years of experience in hands on Digital Marketing for B2B solutions. Knowledge in leading marketing platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc. Hands on experience in building and executing marketing campaigns Ability to convert marketing functional objectives into campaign goals Good communication skills Experience in deploying analytics tools for marketing metrics Experience in conversion optimization Thorough knowledge of multi-channel marketing
