Junior Digital Marketing Executive Location : Bangalore (In-Office) Experience : 1 - 3 years Salary Range : ₹6 - 8 LPA

We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on

Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

Google Ads

platforms. Monitor performance daily and ensure campaigns are pacing towards goals like ROAS, CPL, and CPA. Set up conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4). Work with creative and brand teams to guide ad creatives, copies, and audience targeting strategies. Maintain weekly reporting and performance dashboards. Conduct A / B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

Requirements : 3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google. Strong understanding of performance metrics and attribution models. Familiarity with e-commerce marketing and customer journeys is a plus. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel. Ability to think analytically and make quick performance-driven decisions. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
