Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the exhibition industry. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help expand our business, build strong client partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
- Qualify leads, conduct market research, and identify potential customers in target markets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify potential leads.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at various levels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically.Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred (but not required) :
Knowledge of social selling techniques and tools (LinkedIn, etc.).Experience working with international clients.
