Position : Business Development Executive

Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year

Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the exhibition industry. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to help expand our business, build strong client partnerships, and drive revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in sales and business development, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Qualify leads, conduct market research, and identify potential customers in target markets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to senior management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and identify potential leads.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at various levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred (but not required) :

  • Knowledge of social selling techniques and tools (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience working with international clients.
