Role Overview :

As a Field Marketing Executive, you'll be the face of AccioJob in the offline market. Your

role is to build strong on-ground awareness, engage with college students, and drive footfall

enrollments for our offline centers. This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role ideal

for someone who thrives on networking, outreach, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct on-ground marketing in colleges, coaching centers, tuition hubs, and career fairs.
• Identify new locations and target groups for lead generation campaigns.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, standees, banners, and pamphlets.
• Track daily visits, leads collected, and feedback from field activities.
• Ensure branding visibility at all targeted institutions and community points.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure a smooth conversion funnel from leads to admissions.
