We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, cold calling, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up meetings with potential clients and nurturing leads through effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, B2B platforms, etc., to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Create and submit effective proposals, bids, and pitches to secure projects.
- Ability to train and manage a team, including junior and intern-level staff.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into active clients.
- Conduct targeted email marketing campaigns to generate interest and secure meetings with prospects.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospects through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting setups.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Business Development team.
- Build relationships with prospective clients

- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- Mentor and guide BD interns, providing training on lead generation, communication, and conversion techniques.
- Monitor team performance.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and present detailed reports to senior management.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the digital technology industry.Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools.At least 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer :
