Chief Brand Officer

Job Overview :

  • The Chief Brand Officer (CBO) is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall image, reputation, and perception of Emmvee.
  • The CBO ensures that the company's brand is consistently presented in a way that aligns with its values, goals, and market positioning.
  • This role involves strategic leadership, creative direction, and cross-departmental collaboration to grow brand equity and consumer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and lead Emmvees brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Manage the brands voice, identity, and consistency across all touch-points, including digital, print, and experiential platforms.
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to shape branding decisions.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to integrate branding into product launches and promotions.
  • Develop and oversee all brand communications, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Protect and manage the reputation of the brand in crisis situations.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of branding strategies through KPIs and brand equity metrics.
  • Lead a team of brand strategists and designers, providing creative direction and ensuring brand Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-8+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to build brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and social media strategies.
