Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound calls, targeted emails, and effective online outreach strategies.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points to present tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges.
Manage the complete sales cycle efficiently, from initial prospecting and lead nurturing to successful deal closing.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and detailed documentation of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
Report regularly on individual sales performance against set metrics and contribute to team performance reviews.
Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
MBA in a related field.
2+ years of relevant inside sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho for managing sales pipelines and client data.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and manage time effectively.
Strong team player capabilities, with a willingness to collaborate and support team goals.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
High level of motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
