Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Sales Enablement & Business Growth
- Drive sales for the Pharma vertical with ownership of achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Engage with CXOs and senior leadership of prospective and existing clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Enable meaningful product conversations that address strategic customer concerns and support closure of deals.
- Lead efforts in new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling within the existing client base.
- Build and maintain partner ecosystems to support growth in key regions.
Market Insights & Product Strategy
Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats through detailed market analysis and public domain research.Recommend market-specific sales strategies and product positioning.Collaborate with the Product team to shape the product roadmap based on customer needs and market dynamics.Stay updated on competitor offerings and the broader quality management ecosystem in the pharma domain.Proposal Development & Sales Support :
Guide the preparation of customer proposals, including value-based documentation like TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), ROI models, and executive presentations.Work with sales and presales to define pricing strategies, especially for complex or multi-product deals.Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely updates to the sales funnel to meet turnaround time targets.Operations & Cross-functional Coordination :
Take end-to-end ownership of the global business operations for the Pharma product vertical.Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders - including Product, Delivery, Support, and Regional Business Heads.Support pricing, proposal, and client discussions across geographies as needed.Maintain dashboards and prepare reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews with senior management.Representation & Thought Leadership :
Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and client events.Position the product and company as a thought leader in quality management and digital transformation within the pharma industry.Qualifications & Experience :
MBA in Sales / Marketing is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience, with a proven track record of managing business volumes of INR 25 Cr / year or more.Strong storytelling, client-facing, and presentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel with scenario modeling).Familiarity with industry peers and competing products (e.g, Caliber, etc.Preferred Skills :
