We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile PLM Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience with Oracle Agile PLM, possessing a strong understanding of PLM procedures and concepts, and a proven track record in supporting, developing, and integrating Agile PLM solutions. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to translate complex business requirements into effective technical Duties And Responsibilities :

• Application Support : Responsible for comprehensively supporting UCT's Oracle Agile PLM application environment, ensuring its stability, availability, and optimal performance.
• Stakeholder Communication : Proactively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage expectations regarding PLM initiatives.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Responsible for developing and executing thorough test plans that are meticulously aligned with business requirements being implemented in Oracle Agile PLM.
• Integration Support : Actively participate in the testing and support of Agile PLM integrations with crucial enterprise applications like ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Documentation & Testing : Prepare detailed Test Documents and perform necessary testing for new applications or in response to internal requests, ensuring robust and validated solutions.
• Data Management : Perform complex data migration tasks and related data analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Agile PLM system.
• System Maintenance : Help manage the application of patches, system upgrades, and add-ons to the Oracle Agile PLM environment, ensuring minimal disruption and leveraging new features.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Conduct continuous troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting on the system's performance, growth patterns, and overall health to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• User Support : Address user issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of end-user satisfaction and effective problem Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities :
• Agile PLM Expertise : Strong understanding of the Oracle Agile PLM application and thorough knowledge of PLM procedures and concepts.
• Business-to-Technical Translation : Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical solutions.
• Agile Administration : Expert-level skills in Agile Administration, including in-depth knowledge of Workflow configuration, Roles and Privileges management, and Criteria configurations.
• Database & Data Handling : Strong understanding of Agile database tables and extensive experience in handling data migration, data extraction, and reporting using SQL queries and scripts.
• Troubleshooting Tools : Expert in Oracle Agile PLM troubleshooting, particularly with hands-on experience using the Acollect and Averify tools.
• Collaboration : Ability to work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business users and IT staff, to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
