OTM GTM Business Analyst

Job Description :
As an OTM GTM Business Analyst, you will be a key techno-functional expert, responsible for managing project accounts and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle GTM solutions. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, translating intricate trade compliance needs into scalable system configurations and driving value from the solution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Account Management : Manage designated project accounts, leveraging your techno-functional expertise in GTM applications.
- Client & Stakeholder Interaction : Engage daily with clients and stakeholders to discuss project deliverables, provide updates, and address new change requests.
- GTM Module Configuration : Configure various GTM modules, requiring a strong functional understanding of country-specific trade processes and a basic understanding of OTM.
- GTM Module Expertise : Apply in-depth knowledge of GTM modules, including Trade Compliance Management & Screening processes, License Management, Declaration, Custom Filing processes, Trade Agreement, and Trade Incentive Program Business Process Automation, Configuration, and Administration.
- System Configuration & Administration : Create and manage Agents, Saved Queries, Action Checks, Custom Actions, Screen Sets, Manager Layouts, Workbenches, user preferences, user favorites, and handle export / import of CSV, XML, JSPX, and XSL (Style sheets).
- Project Migration : Oversee project migration activities, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Policy & Monitoring : Manage Account Policy, User Roles, and Business Monitor functionalities.
- OTM & GTM Upgrades : Manage and oversee OTM & GTM Quarterly Upgrades, including the implementation of new features.
- Integration Management : Facilitate and manage integrations with other enterprise modules like Oracle Fusion and SAP, utilizing integration layers such as OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) or SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
- Carrier / Broker Onboarding : Work collaboratively with Carriers and Brokers to onboard them for the Customs Management Module (CMM).
- Full Lifecycle Ownership : Take responsibility for gathering customer requirements, understanding complex supply chain business processes, creating detailed functional specifications, providing clear logic to the technical development team, preparing comprehensive test data, conducting internal testing, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), supporting go-live activities, and maintaining all related :
- Total Experience : 10+ years of overall Oracle GTM experience.
- GTM Implementations : Proven experience with at least 3 end-to-end GTM implementations.
- Oracle GTM Expertise : Strong functional and technical understanding of Oracle Global Trade Management.
Required Skills :
Ability to manage project accounts with techno-functional expertise on GTM applications.Strong functional understanding of country-specific trade processes.Proficiency in configuring various GTM modules.Basic understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).In-depth knowledge of GTM modules : Trade Compliance Management & Screening process, License Management, Declaration, Custom filing process, Trade Agreement, Trade Incentive Program Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration.Experience in creating Agent, Saved Queries, Action Checks, Custom Actions, Screen sets, Manager layouts, Workbenches, assigning user preferences, user favorites, and handling export / import of CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL (Style sheets).Proficiency in Project migration, Account Policy, User Roles, and Business Monitor functionalities.Experience in managing OTM & GTM Quarterly Upgrades and new feature implementations.Working knowledge of integration with other modules like Fusion, SAP using integration layers like OIC / SOA.Ability to work with Carriers / Brokers for Customs Management Module (CMM) onboarding.Proven ability to gather customer requirements, understand supply chain business, create functional specifications, provide logic to technical teams, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, manage go-live, and provide ongoing support and documentation.Preferred Skills / Expertise :
