About the Role :

We’re looking for an experienced SAP GTS Business Systems Analyst to join our global IT services team in Bangalore. In this role, you'll be responsible for the analysis, deployment, and support of SAP GTS solutions across multiple business units, enabling smooth trade and customs operations within a complex enterprise ecosystem.

What You’ll Do :

• Analyze, coordinate, and deploy SAP GTS solutions across business units
• Work with SMEs to gather business requirements and convert them into system specifications
• Design end-to-end business processes and define necessary system integrations
• Facilitate solution validation through workshops, scrums, and daily stand-ups
• Prepare business cases, scope definitions, and functional documentation in IT tracking systems
• Coordinate and support testing (SIT & UAT), test data creation, and defect resolution
• Assist in data mapping and provide inputs for system integrations related to trade and customs
• Create user training documentation and support post-deployment handover
