Key Responsibilities :

As a Technical Business Analyst (Aligne / ETRM), you will :

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Design Authority for the Aligne ETRM system. This includes providing deep functional and technical expertise to ensure system configurations, customizations, and integrations are optimally aligned with complex business requirements and industry best practices.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications. Lead the design of robust and scalable solutions within the Aligne ETRM platform, ensuring optimal functionality, data integrity, and performance.
• Play a key role in overseeing the testing lifecycle (unit, integration, UAT) to validate solution integrity and functionality.
• Support the successful implementation and post-go-live activities of Aligne ETRM enhancements and projects.
• Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts, fostering their professional growth and contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and training materials within the BA community.
• Proactively research and evaluate competitive IT solutions, industry trends, and emerging technologies within the ETRM space.
