Job Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in the Bancassurance channel. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with bank branch staff and customers to drive life insurance sales through Tata AIA’s partnership with HDFC Bank

Key Responsibilities :

Drive life insurance business through the bank’s branches.

Build strong relationships with branch staff to generate leads and close sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide post-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on product features, market trends, and compliance norms.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduate or above.

1–4 years of experience in life insurance or financial product sales.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Experience in Bancassurance channel preferred.

Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
