Job descriptionRecruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance advisors / agents. Provide ongoing support and guidance to advisors / agents to enhance their performance. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the advisor / agent team, ensuring targets are met. Expand the advisor / agent network throughout the region. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Promote and sell Magma General Insurance products and services to potential and existing clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
