As an Application Developer , you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain software applications.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, build, test, and release phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements in software engineering.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
