At CherYsh Trust India, we're building a brighter, tech-powered future for underprivileged rural children through immersive STEM education and hands-on digital literacy programs. We work with rural women educators, using digital tools, and deliver transformative learning in English, Science, and Math and Computer Science.

To scale this impact, we're looking for a passionate and resourceful Junior Manager – Resource Mobilization to join our team and lead outreach to corporates, CSR teams, foundations, and HNW families who believe in equitable access to education.

What You’ll Do

Donor Research & Prospecting

• Use AI-powered tools (like Sales Navigator, DonorSearch) to identify corporates and HNIs aligned with STEM, digital learning, and rural empowerment.
• Build a robust donor pipeline using data insights and CSR trends.

Data & CRM Management

Grant Writing & Pitch Letters

Donor Engagement & Relationship Management

Campaign Support

Reporting & Compliance
