Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Officer, located in Allagadda. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from clients. Daily tasks include contacting customers via phone or in person, negotiating payment plans, updating records, and maintaining customer accounts. The role also requires continuous communication with customers to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

• Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
