Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Collections Manager, located in Goregaon. The Billing Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the billing and collections processes. Daily tasks include monitoring customer accounts, managing billing inquiries, coordinating with the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely collections, resolving disputes, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Additionally, the role involves developing strategies to improve collection rates and reporting on collection activities to the management team.

Qualifications

• CTC 10-12 Lakh plus incentive
• Manage all India Collection Team
• Experience in Billing and Collections processes
• Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within the debt collection industry is a plus
