Job Description :

Aimlay Pvt Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Admission Counselor with a strong background in inside sales to join our dynamic team. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in attracting and guiding prospective students through the admission process, leveraging your sales expertise to meet and exceed enrollment targets.

Responsibilities :

Conduct proactive and engaging inside sales activities to convert leads into enrolled students.

Utilize your in-depth knowledge of educational programs and admission processes to assist prospective students in making informed decisions.

Effectively communicate program details, admission requirements, and financial considerations to potential students.

Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions both in-person and through virtual channels.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and enrollment status.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall admission experience for students.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in an inside sales role.

Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with educational systems, courses, and admission procedures.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
