We’re seeking a Head of Marketing & Sales with 6-10 years of proven experience to lead our next phase of growth.
This full-time, on-site leadership role involves developing and executing marketing and sales strategies , building and mentoring teams, driving brand visibility, and achieving strong market performance. The ideal candidate brings strategic insight, real estate expertise, and a results-driven approach to scaling business operations.
Qualifications :
6–10 years of experience in Marketing & Sales (real estate preferred)with at least two luxury or villa project handled.
