Job descriptionConduct System Audit of existing suppliers Monitoring of Supplier QMS certification for validity for system compliance support to plants in IATF and customer audits preparation related to system audits Timely resolution of critical supplier quality issues by supporting to plant EQA Implementation of Quality gate at supplier end to prevent outflow of defects. provide training to suppliers & EQA on SQAM, IATF, VSA, QC tools etc. Conduct new Supplier Audit, improvement and approvals' Support customer complaint & warranty issue analysis and countermeasure for BOP Implement traceability system at suppliers Support in Quality DOJO implementation at supplier end Conduct Supplier's trader & warehouse audits
Key skills
- Have relevant experience of 4-7 yrs
- Experience in MACE Green audit certification
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 : 2016 system and internal audit skill
- Knowledge of process like machinery, forging, casting, molding, sheet metal
- Basic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and 7 QC tool
- Knowledge of analytics skill like why why analysis, QC tools and QCC
