Responsibilities :

Conduct Risk assessment, KY

Promote Near Miss reporting

Execution of activities as per plan

Weekly Audit for safety findings

Preparation of annual & monthly Target control plan for -

1. Breakdown,

2. Repair and Maintenance Cost,

3. Utility energy consumption

4. Improvement and Capital expenditure

Review daily plan vs actual for Breakdown and find out root cause

Check status of spares, Indent and follow up for required materials,

Review of Preventive maintenance check sheet

Monitoring & Review of Predictive check sheet

Review of critical items

To make Annual, Monthly & Weekly plan to execute Periodical maintenance

Weekly review of Periodical Maintenance plan & Gap analysis

Execution of periodical inspection of equipment by Safety inspector

Making document as per system requirement

To improve system as per audit findings

Execution of improvement plan

Study of Inventory norms to minimize the Inventory cost

Study to execute the new ideas for Small automation

Review and Propose improvement initiatives to enhance available time of machine and reduction in Tact

Review of actual implementation of Red Tag Fuguai

Weekly audit of equipment to find Red tag Fuguai

Assist to staff for generating more Kaizens for safety, Quality & Productivity etcs.

Making Bill of material

Making of micro level plan to execute

Review of activities as per plan

Execution of PDCA and deep analysis study

To promote the QC circle

Experience - 8 to 12 years

Qualification - B.E. / B. Tech (Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation)
