Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide technical and thought leadership to the team and support the needs of the team.
• Formulate designs from the requirements and drive the design reviews
• Work with a team of like-minded professionals to create detailed execution plans, monitor the progress, maintain the sanity of the engineering process, and drive the team to achieve planned end goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Influence other teams and broader Engineering groups in adopting best practices.
