Job descriptionShould be comfortable with Incident management, Change Management, Service request management and problem management.Advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and creative thinking skills to prepare the RCA document.Advanced understanding of client server technologyAdvanced skills and knowledge in Windows server operating systems.Experience with Patching solutions like Desktop CentralExperience with other enterprise level technologies such as multi-factor authentication, Intune, virus protection, file sharing solutions.Understanding of technical support practices such as ticket documentation, SLAs, and escalation processes.Any configuration management tool such as Chef would be a plusBackup solution knowledge like VEEAM would be a plusVDI, VMWare experience would be an advantageQuick learner, self-starter, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Able to work within time constraints and follow set processes and procedures.Customer focused, a team player, and able to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Industry certifications such as Microsoft Azure, O365 certification, ITIL V3 / V4, etc. a plusAdvanced level analytical and problem-solving abilities.Should be comfortable with 247 support in rotational shift.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the systems within the scope of the System Team.Provide Escalation support for Azure hosted infrastructure, Windows servers, and enterprise 3rd party systems.Support and maintain core Windows Server services including AD, DHCP, DNS, LDAP, ADFS, Azure AD connect, SSO, CASupport and maintain enterprise Microsoft Mailing solutions in hybrid model Exchange 2016, O365Support and maintain Microsoft cloud solutions such as Office 365, Teams, Intune and Azure.Support and maintain 3rd party on-prem and cloud-based enterprise systems. This includes but is not limited to MDM solution, virus protection services, file sharing services, etc.Analyze network activity related to authentication, vulnerability and performance, using network logs to troubleshoot and track the nature and resolution of problems.Managing and troubleshooting Windows servers.Assist in the patching of Windows servers and other supported systems as required.Assist in the decommissioning of servers and system resources as needed.Participation in annual DR testing exercises as required.Maintain and create documentation as required.
