Ripik.AI is hiring for Key Account Manager, Kolkata !

Ripik.ai is a fast-growing Industrial AI SaaS startup founded by IIT Delhi and BITS Pilani alumni with experience at McKinsey, Google, IBM, and more. Backed by Accel, Venture Highway, and 25+ top angel investors (including 14 unicorn founders), we build patented full-stack software to automate factory-floor decision-making.

Our products are deployed at 15+ industry leaders across steel, aluminium, cement, pharma, paints, and consumer goods. We're also official AI partners with GCP, Azure, AWS, and industry bodies like CII, ICC, and NASSCOM.

Role : Key Account Manager

Location : Kolkata

Key Responsibilities :

a. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

b. Manage key client accounts and oversee end-to-end sales operations.

c. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

d. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize account potential.

e. Travelling to client side whenever required.

Key Skills & Experience :

a. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing industrial accounts within the Metal, Oil & Gas, PSU, Automobile, or FMCG sectors.

b. Proven expertise in Account Management, Sales Operations, and Revenue Management.

c. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

d. Technical background or prior experience managing B2B SaaS product accounts preferred.

e. Demonstrated success in handling large enterprise or manufacturing accounts across the above-mentioned industries.
