HCL is hiring
Senior Customer Service Representatives
for our
Email Back Office
team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical and communication skills who can deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze customer issues using internal tools and templates.
Respond to customer queries via email with clear, accurate, and professional communication.
Document issues, update customer records, and categorize cases appropriately.
Handle store-based, employee-based, and digital coupon-related concerns.
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution to maintain a positive customer experience.
Learn and adapt quickly to new processes and methods of resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of work experience , preferably in a
USA-based environment .
Strong
English written and verbal communication skills .
Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities .
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
