Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an articulate, thoughtful and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team remotely. The role goes beyond routine responses — it calls for someone who can understand customer intent, communicate with empathy, and guide them seamlessly toward a satisfying purchase experience.

Daily responsibilities include :

Managing WhatsApp, email, and Instagram queries and conversations
Responding promptly and thoughtfully to customer concerns
Maintaining brand tone and professionalism in all interactions
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Building relationships that translate inquiries into meaningful brand experiences

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and Support, with a focus on delivering satisfaction

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal

Fluent in English & Tamil (Telugu or Kannada is a plus)

Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setup

Interest or experience in the textile or fashion industry is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university

A growth mindset — openness to take on expanded responsibilities as the brand grows

Compensation : ₹15,000 / month (Work-from-home role)
