Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Health Counselor, located in Delhi, India. The Medical Health Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services, developing treatment plans, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions. Other tasks include relationship counseling, managing cases, and ensuring clients receive appropriate mental health treatment. The role also involves conducting assessments and documenting client progress.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
• Mental Health and Psychology expertise
• Experience in Relationship Counseling and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent certification
