About The Role
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive who can drive pharmaceutical product sales and also
handle customer support responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication
skills (especially tele-calling), basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, and experience using
Google Sheets for reporting and tracking. Candidates should be self-driven, target-oriented, and
comfortable working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote pharmaceutical products and
services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Address customer queries, provide support, and ensure excellent service experience.Track and maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in Google Sheets.Assist in preparing sales reports and performing basic data analysis.Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales or tele-calling, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcareindustry.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and terminology.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel).Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.Ability to manage customer support queries efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach.Preferred
Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales and customer support.Candidates based in South India.Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.Skills Required
