Key Responsibilities :

Actively engage in the sales process
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, property values etc.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are met.

Qualification :

Graduation / Bachelor's degree.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Possesses strong knowledge of sales principles & practices.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
