Role Description

We're looking for a Head of Growth (Founding Member) — a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who can help shape evvolv.ai's next stage of expansion. You'll own the growth narrative and drive our GTM engine across enterprise, government, and ecosystem partnerships .

You'll work closely with the founder to :

• Build growth strategies that position evvolv.ai as the go-to partner for AI-native transformation in India and globally.
• Tap into your network of corporate leaders, government agencies, industry associations, and accelerators to open doors and forge partnerships.
• Identify and convert opportunities with institutions like NITI Aayog, PHD Chamber of Commerce, Atal Innovation Mission , and AI innovation hubs.
• Lead business development, content-driven outreach, and partnership programs that drive both awareness and revenue.

This is a full-time, remote role ideal for someone who's both a storyteller and a dealmaker — someone who can translate thought leadership into meaningful partnerships and scalable growth. This is an equity-only role for now
