Now, we're looking for a Founder-Mindset Operator — someone who can think like an entrepreneur and execute like a performance marketer — to take charge of the next growth phase of Dreamz Hub.
Role Overview
As the Head of Growth & Product Innovation , you will lead product discovery, testing, and performance marketing across multiple categories.
Your mission : identify, validate, and scale viral-worthy products through data, creative storytelling, and sharp ad strategy.
You'll collaborate with our in-house editors, developers, scriptwriters, and voice-over artists, and report directly to the Founder.
What You'll Do
- Product Hunting & Validation :
- Discover trending, high-potential products from platforms such as AliExpress, TikTok, Alibaba, and competitor stores.
- Analyze margins, demand, and supplier feasibility.
- Performance Marketing :
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads .
- Test ad hooks, angles, and messaging variations to identify winning creatives.
- Creative Testing & Ad Creation :
- Write and brief video scripts, ad copies, and product-story concepts aligned with Dreamz Hub's rapid-testing model.
- Analytics & Scaling :
- Track metrics like CTR, ROAS, CAC, AOV , and make real-time budget and targeting decisions.
- Scale proven products from ₹X to ₹Y monthly revenue through structured ad and funnel optimization.
- Cross-Functional Leadership :
- Work closely with design, video, and operations teams to ensure a fast and consistent product-testing cycle.
