Responsibilities :
- Program Development : Design, plan, and develop customer loyalty programs that align with clients&apos business goals and objectives.
- Strategy Implementation : Execute and manage loyalty program strategies, including customer segmentation, rewards structure, and engagement tactics.
- Client Collaboration : Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide program recommendations, and ensure program alignment with their brand.
- Data Analysis : Utilize data analytics and insights to measure program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize program outcomes.
- Engagement Campaigns : Create and execute targeted customer engagement campaigns to drive program participation and increase customer loyalty.
- Program Communication : Develop clear and effective communication plans to promote loyalty programs to customers and employees.
- Technology Integration : Oversee the integration of technology platforms and tools to support loyalty program functionality.
- Monitoring and Reporting : Regularly monitor program performance and provide comprehensive reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Budget Management : Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring that programs are cost-efficient and deliver a positive return on investment.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of loyalty program coordinators and specialists.
Qualifications :
