Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales & Digital Marketing Professional. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales efforts. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing training and support, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. The candidate will also contribute to creating and executing marketing strategies to expand our digital presence and strengthen client relationships.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide exceptional support.
• Sales and Sales Management expertise to drive sales growth, achieve targets, and manage sales pipelines.
• Experience in Training to mentor and guide team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
