Senior Zoho Developer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and customize applications within the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, People, Projects, etc.).

Develop and optimize Deluge scripts, workflows, functions, and automation processes.

Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.

Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights.

Manage user roles, security settings, and system configurations across Zoho apps.

Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and provide scalable Zoho solutions.

Lead junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.

Stay updated with Zoho product enhancements and recommend best practices for implementation.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity within Zoho applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4+ years of experience in Zoho development and customization.

Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, People, and related apps.

Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs .

Experience in third-party integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware tools).

Strong database knowledge (SQL / MySQL) and data migration skills.

Hands-on experience with workflows, blueprints, functions, and automation.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and clients.

Preferred Skills :

Zoho Creator Certified Developer (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience with ERP / CRM system migration and customization.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for UI / UX customization.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Team leadership or mentoring experience.
