Job Title : Key Account Manager – Amazon (RKW Only)

Experience Required : 4–5 years (mandatory) in managing Amazon RKW for an FMCG brand

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) – Amazon RKW who will be responsible for driving growth through Amazon's RKW platform while also managing day-to-day account operations. This is a specialized role, focused only on Amazon (RKW + operations).

Please note : Only candidates with 3–4 years of proven Amazon RKW experience in FMCG will be considered. Applications without this background will not be accepted.

Key Responsibilities

• RKW Ownership : Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon RKW campaigns to maximize sales, visibility, and ROI
• Account Operations :

Ensure listing hygiene (content accuracy, keywords, A+ content, catalog management)

Oversee PO fulfillment, stock availability, and supply chain coordination

Track and resolve operational issues like claims, returns, and penalties
