Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory and supplies management.
Skills and Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in restaurant management or related field.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in restaurant management software and point of sale (POS) systems.Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.Education
