✅ Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure quality standards

✅ Provide feedback and coaching to enhance performance

✅ Identify process gaps and suggest improvements

✅ Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines

✨ Strong communication & analytical skills

✨ Prior QA experience in BPO preferred

✨ Knowledge of E-Commerce domain will be an added advantage
