Job description3+ years of experience in chatbot development or conversational AI Skilled in Python and JavaScript (Node.js) Familiar with frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Botpress Knowledge of API integrations and databases (SQL / NoSQL) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Motivated to learn and grow in the fast-evolving AI / automation space Build and maintain AI-powered chatbots for Lion Group’s global portfolio companies Gain hands-on training in conversational AI frameworks and integration tools Remote, full-time role with opportunities for growth into AI automation engineering Exposure to international projects across SaaS, fintech, and professional services

We are expanding our AI capabilities and hiring chatbot specialists to support the development of conversational AI systems that enhance client interactions and internal workflows.
The Role
- Develop, test, and deploy chatbots using AI platforms and APIs
- Integrate chatbots with websites, CRMs, and workflow automation tools
- Monitor chatbot interactions, troubleshoot errors, and improve user flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless conversational experiences
- Stay updated on trends in NLP, LLMs, and chatbot frameworks
