JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Lead - Python Chatbot Developer

Location : Pune (Aundh) - Work From Office

Opportunity : We are seeking a hands-on Team Lead to guide and manage a team of chatbot developers while contributing to the design and development of advanced conversational AI systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in chatbot development, AI / ML, and team leadership, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects and mentor team members effectively.

Experience : 7+ years of experience in chatbot development and conversational AI technologies, of which last 2-4 years has been as a Team Lead of a Rasa project
