Learning Specialist – Training Coordination

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Specialist to join our Talent Development team. The role focuses on planning organizing and coordinating training programs across the organization ensuring seamless execution from scheduling to evaluation. The Learning Specialist will also support content management and help maintain a high-quality learning experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Coordination & Logistics

• Develop and manage the training calendar coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Handle the end-to-end organization of training sessions including scheduling invitations room or platform booking and follow-up.
• Ensure smooth delivery of both in-person and virtual sessions resolving logistical or technical issues as needed.
• Track attendance and manage participant communications before and after sessions.
