Role Summary
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to
attract and onboard qualified candidates across departments. This role will collaborate
with the HR Manager and department heads to ensure timely hiring, strong candidate
pipelines, and a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with the company’s
growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Understand hiring needs by collaborating with HR Manager and department
heads.
Source candidates using job portals, , social media, and referrals.Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualifiedapplicants.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Manage the offer process — negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.2. Manpower Planning & Forecasting
Support HR Manager in planning workforce requirements.Maintain recruitment MIS and weekly hiring reports.Build a candidate pipeline for recurring or urgent roles.3. Employer Branding & Networking
Contribute to employer branding through social media and outreach.Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and networking events.Draft creative and engaging job postings.4. Process & Compliance
Follow standard recruitment procedures and ensure documentation accuracy.Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.Ensure compliance with company and labor laws during recruitment.5. Onboarding Support
Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding schedules.Facilitate smooth handover to HR operations for induction.Key Skills & Competencies
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Time management and multitasking capability for multiple positions.Negotiation skills and candidate relationship management.Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, and Recruiter.Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.Prior experience in [education / training / service] industry preferred
