Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven US Technical Recruiter with a strong focus on the IT Industry . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of BFSI IT roles, regulatory standards, and emerging technologies in the financial domain. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Partnership

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Understand domain-specific needs, risk / compliance considerations, and regulatory timelines.

End-to-End Technical Recruitment :

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for related IT roles – from gathering requirements and sourcing talent to offer negotiation and onboarding. Positions may include roles like Developers, Supply chain, Business Analysts, Architects, AML / KYC Tech Experts, Risk & Compliance Tech Analysts, and more.
  • Specialized Candidate Sourcing :

  • Leverage niche job boards, internal databases, and social / professional networks to source candidates. Target both active and passive candidates with domain-relevant skills such as trading platforms, payment gateways, regulatory tech, or financial data analytics.
  • Candidate Evaluation – Domain Relevance :

  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates to evaluate not just technical proficiency. familiarity with compliance protocols, and industry-specific tools.
  • Documentation & Compliance :

  • Ensure all recruitment and documentation processes align with both US staffing norms and domain-specific compliance standards.
  • Offer Management :

  • Handle salary negotiations and closure, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and candidate interests, especially in a compliance-driven financial domain.
  • Performance Tracking :

  • Maintain accurate records, recruitment dashboards, and KPIs including time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratio, and client / candidate satisfaction rates
  • Key Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2+ years of US IT recruitment experience
  • In-depth understanding of IT roles.
  • Proven success in both contract and full-time placements.
  • Strong sourcing skills using tools like Dice, Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, and Boolean search strategies.
  • Familiarity with BFSI compliance requirements, client onboarding processes, and security protocols.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with a high level of attention to detail.
