Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservation Sales Executive to manage guest reservations and drive sales conversions. This role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email & OTAs.
- Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
- Coordinate with operations teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) for guest requirements.
- Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences & reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents & repeat guests.
- Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
- Monitor OTA bookings, guest reviews, and ensure timely responses.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred).Familiarity with hotel PMS and OTA platforms.Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
