Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of guest services, including greeting guests, handling complaints, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Communicate with guests via phone, email, or in-person, providing information on services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle reservations, including booking rooms, managing cancellations, and modifying reservations as needed
- Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and feedback to enhance the guest experience
- Resolve guest problems or complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary
