Role : Application Engineer

Work Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 4 6 Years

Responsibilities

• Provide application and product support.
• Act as a product application expert for internal teams and customers.
• Troubleshoot equipment controllers, advanced sequences of operation, and provide remote start-up assistance.
• Investigate issues, develop solutions, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain technical proficiency through ongoing training and professional development.
• Work on North American projects as part of a remote engineering and commissioning team.
• Design and create sequences of operation for HVAC air and water systems to optimize building performance.
• Develop and implement workflows using real-time data through Niagara APIs for seamless integration with Niagara supervisory control systems.
