Role Overview :
We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and execute ALLEN’s social media strategy across platforms. This role requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and a strong link between social engagement and business outcomes . You will be the driving force behind channel growth, content excellence, and community engagement .
Key Responsibilities :
- Platform Leadership
- Manage ALLEN’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Telegram.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality content across all channels.
- Content & Campaign Execution
- Plan and publish platform-specific content (posts, reels, videos, stories).
- Collaborate with design and production teams for visual storytelling .
- Growth & Engagement
- Drive follower growth, engagement rates, and community building .
- Business Impact
- Align social media activities with enrolment goals and lead generation.
- Work closely with performance marketing team to optimize campaigns.
- Education Sector Focus
- Create content that resonates with students, parents, and educators .
- Highlight academic success stories, mentorship, and future readiness .
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs : engagement, CTR, conversions.
- Share weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
5+ years in social media marketing with proven success in channel growth .Strong understanding of education sector audience and tier 2 / 3 city dynamics.Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).Excellent communication and team coordination skills .
